The Brick House is an old school lifting gym. We practice safe and effective strength training methods proven to get you strong. Our techniques have been scientifically proven and built upon since the early 1900’s.
The Brick House is a diverse community of all ages, body types, and lifestyles. Strength is universal. It is not bound by the specificity of our genetic makeup. Strength starts in the mind. The only constraints keeping us from it are the limits we have set for ourselves.
If you can show up with an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow, you will succeed in harnessing and increasing your mental toughness, while earning both physical strength and stamina. If you can do this then you will be able to destroy the goals you have yet to conquer.
